Justice for Credit Borrowers is a national people’s movement and a citizen-led campaign launched by concerned borrowers, entrepreneurs, and financial justice advocates.

Justice for Credit Borrowers is a social initiative of

- All registrations, legal documents, certifications including 12A & 80G, and bank accounts are in the name of Suryashakthi Foundation.

I’m a lone crusader — one man fighting 13 of India’s most powerful institutions, including the Ministry of Finance, RBI, Credit Bureaus, and unregulated Fintech giants — before the highest court of the land.
I’ve spent 7 painful years doing original research, gathering evidence, and drafting petitions — fighting for your rights, your dignity, your future.
And now, we are preparing to file more PILs under the banner of this registered NGO – Suryashakthi Foundation – in both the Supreme Court and State High Courts for:
- Borrowers publicly humiliated under SARFAESI and loan recovery actions.
- Entrepreneurs thrown out of the credit system due to business failure.
- Families denied home loans, education loans, or insurance due to old defaults.
- Women, widows, youth, and senior citizens harassed over missed EMIs.
- Advocating for a fair, humane, and transparent credit ecosystem.
