A NOTE ON LEGAL REGISTRATION:
Justice for Credit Borrowers is a social initiative of Suryashakthi Foundation, a Registered Non-Profit NGO. All Registrations, legal documents, certifications including 12A & 80G, and including Bank accounts are in the name of Suryashakthi Foundation.
Hence all donations should be made to: “Suryashakthi Foundation”.
This clarification is to avoid any confusion about the entity receiving your support.
Donor Declaration:
I hereby declare that:
- The donation made by me to SURYASHAKTHI FOUNDATION whose initiative is Justice for Credit Borrowers is out of my own free will and derived from lawfully earned income.
- I am a citizen of India and currently residing in India. (For donations from outside India, separate procedures may apply under applicable laws.)
- I understand that this donation is for a charitable cause and will be used for the objectives of the organization, which include legal support, awareness campaigns, public interest litigation, and systemic reforms to protect the rights and dignity of borrowers.
- I do not expect any personal, commercial, or political gain or benefit in return for this donation.
- I acknowledge that SURYASHAKTHI FOUNDATION whose initiative is Justice for Credit Borrowers is a legally compliant NGO duly registered and eligible to receive donations under applicable Indian laws, and donations made are eligible for tax exemption under relevant provisions.
- I authorise the NGO to issue a donation receipt and communicate with me regarding the use of funds, organizational updates, and legal impact summaries.
- I affirm that this donation does not violate any anti-money laundering, anti-terror financing, or other financial laws.
