As a registered NGO and Public-Interest Initiative, SURYASHAKTHI FOUNDATION, whose initiative being Justice for Credit Borrowers operates solely on voluntary contributions and donations. All funds raised are used exclusively for legal battles, public interest litigations (PILs), research, awareness campaigns, and borrower support initiatives.
Donations Are Non-Refundable
All donations made to this movement are considered voluntary, non-refundable contributions toward a public cause. Once a transaction is completed, we are unable to offer refunds, except in case of a genuine error or duplicate payment.
Duplicate Transactions
If you believe you were charged twice or made a mistake in the donation amount, please write to us within 7 days of the transaction. We will verify and process the refund for any excess amount.
Tax Receipts
Eligible donations will receive receipts via email (and physical copy upon request) for your records and tax benefits as applicable under Indian tax laws (Section 80G, if registered). Please ensure correct information is entered.
Cancellation of Recurring Donations
If you signed up for a monthly or recurring donation and wish to cancel, you may write to us at donorcare@justiceforcreditborrowers.com at least 7 days before the next scheduled payment.
