As a borrower, you have fundamental rights guaranteed by the Constitution of India, the RBI, and various consumer protection laws. This page aims to educate and empower you about those rights so that you are not harassed, misled, or unfairly penalised by banks, NBFCs, fintech lenders, recovery agents, or credit bureaus.
